Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library - Runtime error

Just downloaded for the first time and setup.

My main screen switches resolution. I see it mirrored on my moonlight client (iPad).
And then I get this error when i run the hdr launcher.

If i click close it closes and terminated the sessions.

I am using a HDMI edid emulator to emulate a HDR 4k HDM monitor, this is already set to use HDR at an OS level.

If i set HDR = 0 in the options then i get this on screen instead

--update-- this screenshot is normal when using windows terminal instead of command prompt (its a new feature, lol) so this shouldn't have anything to do with failing.
