Create Multiple Notes from List

I have been outlining my learning plans in lists and it would be very helpful to be able to highlight the full list and create a note file for each. Currently I use this plug in to create a note file for each item in the list one by one

Example would be:

1. Create a file with a list of books using numbered, bullet or check list.
2. Highlight some or all items in the list (at list two)
3. Hit hotkey (could be a new hotkey or an extension of cmd+shift+N)
4. Create a note file for each with the title extracted from the main bullet lines
   a. Text below main bullet lines and sub-bullets would not be included in title
   b. Text below main bullet lines and sub-bullets could be added to body of new note (nice to have)
