Software to Edit WhisperX JSON Files with Automatic Timing Adjustment

Is there any software to modify the JSON file generated by WhisperX, where I can edit the sentences and it automatically adjusts the timing for characters and words? I want to modify the JSON to keep the highlights and have an accurate, manually corrected transcription. I don't want to rely on Whisper 100%.

I know of but haven't tried https://github.com/bugbakery/transcribee. Maybe some minor adjustments could be made to allow for the type of modification you're describing.
