Errors on 32-Bit #62
Description
while adding 32-Bit Support to our CI, i ran into this error, which i get in both CpuId@0.3.2 and CpuId@0.3.1

On CpuId@0.3.0 both 64- and 32-Bit do work. Maybe this is related to #55?
