Add infrastructure to save C14 ML model as TorchScript

• Check early on that we can do this and all required features are supported
• Add code to save model through pt2ts (add script to load model as saved by Alex?)
• Check TorchScript can be run from Python and Fortran with results as expected.

Basically following the meeting today (27/08/2025) the conclusion is to try to refactor the training code into a python function in the package.

The goal is to have a function that will take: dataset + torch.Model and perform training as in the training_notebooks. At the end it should serialise a trained model as TorchScript and produce plots.
