Unable to add Custom Groups

Issue is I'm unable to create a custom group to add to my custom playlist.

This stems from my request in Discord...
Here is the original request:
I created a new custom playlist, named it Test...
I go to the Live Channels, Groups, and find all of the original playlists.
So I click one of the playlist at the top, and the groups appear below.
Now not to implicate anyone so I won't name it, but there is a playlist that has 135 groups..
I pick one of the group and Click Add to Playlist, then I selected the Custom Playlist from the drop down...
NOTE: What function is the "Custom Group" for?
OK, the group was added to the custom playlist and so I repeat the process and added 2 more groups to this custom playlist.
Now, when I load this custom playlist into my iptv player, I use IPTVNator, I see the channels as expected.
However when I click on Groups, I see all the original groups...
What I was hoping to get is make the custom playlist... in this custom playlist, I will create custom groups, like animals, travel, etc.
Then when I go to the groups or channels, is to add them to my custom groups...
This way, when I'm in iptvnator and click Groups, I see only Animals or Travel, and not the original group names of the playlists they came from....
Sorry for the long explanation, I just wanted to sound it out to ensure I'm saying it right, so the appropriate help is provided, if it's possible to do.

Ok So I found it its a bit counterintuitive. I will add something to create a Group while addind the channel or group from you main playlist so you can create a Cutstom Group There.

But the current workflow is this.

1. Create a custom Playlist with your specifications:

2. Edit said Playlist:

3. Go to Groups:

4. Add your Custom Group:

5. Add Channel/Group to Custom Playlist:

6. Chose Custom Group

7. Profit.

Or you go this route:

1. Add Channels Groups to Custom Playlist.
2. Edit Custom Playlist.
3. Select all Channels you want in Custom Group
4. Add them to Custom Group:

OK, I'm following the workflow... yes, a bit complicated for a somewhat simple process, but I think I've got it.
I will work on one tomorrow, but will wait to do the bulk of my custom playlist/group once I get the final completion from you.

@Serph91P -- Issue resolved for me....Thanks for the instructions...
I just did a test and it worked as I wanted...
Then I went in and redid one of my original custom playlists and created the custom groups and then added the channels...
Again, as expected, once I open the custom playlist in iptvnator, when I clicked Groups, I only see the custom groups I added and not the original group names from the original playlists.
I know this has been assigned to you and you're working on modifying the process, but as far as I'm concerned, my issue is fixed...well, it wasn't something that needed fixing but you know what I mean...
If I could suggest the documentation be updated for the Custom Groups, as there is nothing there now... only about custom playlists.

Don't worry I implemented something so you can create custom groups while importing. The general function was already present.

Closing down as the ability to create new groups on add to custom playlist is now implemented 😉
