[Feature Request] Allow toggle between Dark and Light modes

I'm on 23H2 build so Dark mode may not behaves normally, and this is what i got:

I barely see anything with this UI. So a feature to choose which mode would be a saver.

Dark mode should already be disabled in versions before 10.0.26100:

I'm not sure why you see that partial dark mode. What's your Windows build number? Are you using any other theme customization tools such as Rectify11? Does it look fine if you switch Windows to light mode? Does it look fine in older UWPSpy versions, e.g. 1.5?

There was a bug in the build number check. It should be fixed now in v1.5.2.
