Cardputer ADV getBatteryLevel error

The Cardputer ADV can't show the BatteryLevel it returns -2 . This only happens on ADV not on 1.1 .
M5Cardputer.Power.getBatteryLevel(); and M5Cardputer.Power.getBatteryVoltage(); don't work.
