Atoms3r - missing PSRAM

The latest release (2.2.8) does not take advantage of the PSRAM of the atoms3r.

It can be fixed by manually building the image as described here https://community.m5stack.com/topic/7090/how-can-i-use-atoms3r-s-psram-with-uiflow2-0/5 but it is inconvenient.

I did not dare to open a PR because uiflow_micropython/m5stack/boards/sdkconfig.spiram_oct is a shared file, and I am not sure what the suggested edits would do on other boards.

AtomS3R 2.2.8 with PSRAM.zip is a build of 2.2.8 with PSAM enabled - for those who might need and do not want to go through all the building hurdle
