M5 Tab5 Wont load from Menu

Since I have had my Tab5 I can run/test and download apps from UiFlow2.0 The UI side I can not load a App from the Apps Menu. GFX I can run and load from the Apps Menu. 
   Plus on my Laptop when in Uiflow2.0 I can got to Device Manger Page and load it from their and run it. When I reset it and try from the Apps Menu it will lock up the Tab5.  Thanks for your help.
