Add Typescript support for Rokt

There is no type definition for mParticle.Rokt. @types/mparticle__web-sdk is out of date and hasn't been updated since April.

Thanks, @alexs-mparticle! One thing I'm noticing is that the RoktPartnerAttributes type doesn't support object or array attributes.

For example, I need to send the cartItems attribute which is an array of cart item objects: https://docs.rokt.com/developers/integration-guides/data-and-security/partner-attributes/#cart-item-data

I just submitted a new ticket.

@dtrenz I've updated the type definitions in @types/mparticle__web-sdk. Please let me know if this works for you and if you need anything else.

@alexs-mparticle I just checked and it looks like you added support for array properties, but no support for objects in the array (i.e. cartItems is an array of objects).

I think we may need something like this:

export type RoktAttributeValueArray = Array<string | number | boolean | object>;
