it works regularly in editing mode.
that's what I see in reading mode:

tried to deactivate all plugins but meta but it keeps showing this issue.

Can you share the input field definition, so what it looks like in source mode. And can you click on the little warning icon and share the warning?

this is what happens when i click on the warnings.

That looks like another plugin is interfering and removing the emojis. Are you sure that the issue persists after disabling all other plugins and restarting Obsidian?

hi i don't know how but the plugin that disrupted the functioning of metabind is emojitoolbar with the twitter emoji activated.
