Describe the Issue

When using the exact example of the Activity tracker, the old options dissapear when adding a new line. I've tried completing all fields, leaving some empty...

Sometimes it

• deletes all old lines
• deletes some fields of the old lines

I disabled all plugins except the metabind and js engine and still happens

Steps to Reproduce

I add lines. If I go to add a new row, the row is added, the old ones are still there in the table, but their contents are deleted (completely o partially)

Expected Behavior

To add a new row, and keep the old ones as they were created.
