INIT REF Key

In the current version of the mod the INIT REF key on the CDU takes you back to the FMC Index. In the real aircraft the pages you are taken to are:

On the ground: PERF
After inserting weights fuel and altitude on the PERF page: TAKEOFF REF
After liftoff: THRUST LIM
After reaching TOC: APPROACH
After landing: PERF

On the the 3rd CDU used for ACARS. Nothing happens when the INIT REF key is pushed.
