FixedColumn misaligment when using bootstrap and stateSave

Hi Maca...

I have a misaligment that has been getting me crazy all morning :( It is hard to reproduce. It only happens when:

1. I use stateSave: true
2. It only happens the first time (I think)...it seems after you render it again it works
3. It only happens when I add a (document).ready{} that sets Bootstrap css clases of the inputs of my table..Note the (document).ready{} that is defined for the form that containts the table.

So...to reproduce, please, open a new window of chrome (cmd+shift+n) (or clean your browser cache). Do you see the misaligment in height of the table header of the fixed columns?

Ohh if you help me fix this one..... I would appreciate if at least you can see it...

I've tried that example with various browsers (Chrome/Firefox/IE) with cache cleared and none of them showed the issue. :/

I've tried again with chrome at least 10 times with cleared cache and I still don't see what you see :/
