Structured Outputs

I was just wondering. Have people experimented with Structured Outputs? E.g. with Instructor or the default capability of OpenAI models like gpt-4o. This would of course limit the amount of possible models to use for this.

It seems like that would be a way to get a better "sync" between the batch of the subtitles being sent for translation. Conversely, it might affect the translation capability of the models.

Wondering if people had tried that and how people feel about this?
