Does the CLI accept instructions.txt file?

It was not obvious for me if the instructions.txt is an option through CLI --similar to GUI.

Yes, there's a --instructionfile argument which takes the name of the instruction file to use (including the .txt I think).

I can't say that I've tested it recently, but it ought to work :)
