FastMCP as Proxy

Hi,

Found your repo after having the same idea and searching for possibly existing solutions.
I'm still researching around so I don't have any consolidated conclusions.

My initial idea was to create a single mcp that will operate as the middleware to all mcp servers, i.e. that's the only mcp the client cli will see.
