Cluster provider for xhyve #228

Hi all!
I'm a Cluster API maintainer and I would like your opinion about the idea of creating a Cluster API provider for xhyve, to be used as a tool for (Kuberentes)/Cluster API local development on MAC.
Is there anyone intersted in working with me at this idea?
They key for this use case is the capability to spin up machines super fast, and with a minumal footprint
Machines should be created from images with some pre-backed components (usually the trickiest one are containerd and kubelet), some process to build/publish those images for each Kubernetes release, and the capability to setup some networking between those machines.
