Helps people using mods to balance monster spawn rates
By default minecraft uses some brittle spawn values which cause normal minecraft mobs to disappear when modded mobs are added. This mod will list spawn values for all biomes This mod will do limited automatic balancing This mod will let users and modpack designers see and adjust spawn rates by biome
