-n parameter for verifying upload

I've been told that there is an improved newsmangler version floating around:

Can you add the improvements?

1. HOW TO USE NZB-CHECK AND FIX FUNCTION

   To use the NZB-Check and fix function you have to call the poster.py script exactly like you did in chapter 2 but add -n to the parameters
   you need to have the original files and folders in that nzb and those folders must not have been changed since you uploaded it
   The best way to use it is like 10-30 min after the first post.

   So what does this function do??

   newsmagler checks each article on the usenet server if it exists.
   If not i will post the missing article again by trying to use the same messageid as before. If the server rejects it it creates an new messageid for that article.
   The NZB file will be fixed automatically with the new message ids.

   Why should I use this?

   The main idea behind this new feature is to prevent those stupid reposts. Instead only missing articles get posted and the original post will be completed
   It is also a very easy way to check you uploads automatically.
