Please upgrade docker container to support nginx 19 so I can remap the listening port

Hi, I'm using pluto-for-channels in a kubernetes pod for channels, and need to remap from port 80 to some other port.  Looks like nginx 19 supports environment variables like NGINX_PORT which would solve a problem I have connecting to the pluto EPG.
