Playing files from local downloads doesn't allow tracking #780
Description
When playing from a local download , the bar that scrubs through the playback shows the play time to be 00:00 and will not allow you to scrub through the track. It also does not allow you to bump forward or backward 30 seconds. This has happened over a few podcasts downloaded locally
