Gpodder sync wrong podcasturl #781

I’m having trouble syncing podcast status with AntennaPod. After comparing how syncing works in AntennaPod versus PinePods, it appears there is a discrepancy in how episode actions are stored. In the GpodderSyncEpisodeActions table, the episode URL seems to be used in the podcasturl field, which differs from what AntennaPod expects and may be causing the sync issues.
