No way to edit or remove custom RPC nodes

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to Settings
• Tap "Default node (RPC)"
• Tap "Add Custom RPC"
• Fill in name and URL http://localhost:4444
• Tap "Add"
• Observe new entry is added to the list of nodes
• Observe there is no way to edit or delete this new entry
