Tag problem and recommandation to fix

ATTENTION AND IMPORTANT

When a project creates an unstable "test" tag and/or release, it must be specified, for example "x.x.x.x-dev", "x.x.x.x-alpha", "x.x.x.x-beta", "x.x.x.x-rc", etc. AND NOT "x.x.x.x".

Currently, in the world, Zlib 1.3.1.2 has been tagged but it is not stable.

To solve it, the final release version must be named 1.3.1.3 or 1.3.1.4.
