MT.1001: At least one Conditional Access policy is configured with device compliance. Doesn't find the policies we have

Tested on latest with -AllowPreRelease / also Service all + -Privileged
M365 BP + Intune + SharePoint advanced Plan 1
I have at least 4-5 different policies for the "require device to be marked as compliant"

Yet

We have no Hybrid devices, if that matters?

Any ideas what I can do about it?

There was a bug in the test but this should be fixed in the newest prerelease (two days after this discussion starts.).
Please test the newest preview and update this discussion.
