Maester Test Result Includes Not Run

I ran the maester scan and out of 284 tests 121 result are passed or fail but rest of them are not run can anyone help me here what could be the issue here and how can we fix it?

I did the Maetser github config for Office 365 review.

If you click on the test details, it usually tells you in the report why each specific test was not run. The most common reason is that a specific service was not connected.
