Bundle mage-os/module-admin-activity-log

Raising https://github.com/mage-os-lab/module-admin-activity-log as a candidate for inclusion in the next Mage-OS feature release. This module adds logging on admin logins and activities, including rollback of data changes.

The module still needs some work to be ready, so I'm opening this as an issue (no PR) for now.
