Sylvan Scavenging - second Option not working

Sylvan Scagenging's second option doesn't work: " Create a 3/3 green Raccoon creature token if you control a creature with power 4 or greater."

I don't get a green Raccoon after selecting this option

I've tested it with a 3/3 on the board → No token (expected) and with a 4/4 → Token gets created.
Do you have some example when it does not work?
