Card abilities non-functional

1. Talion, the Kindly Lord: Talion's ability is to choose a number. Any spell cast with mana value equaling this number, or if it's a creature whose power or toughness equals this number, that opponent loses 2 life and I draw a card. This last portion (2 life lost + card draw) isn't functioning.

2. Strionic Resonator: During Golbez, Crystal Collector's End Step, you are able to recover a creature from the graveyard. Strionic Resonator should be able to double this trigger, but no ability to activate the artifact pops up.
