cart display of price without tax show only base price not tier price without tax

Preconditions and environment

• Magento version 2.4.6

Steps to reproduce

1. set the display of product prices to "Show price with and without tax
2. login as a customer that has a non standard customer group
3. add a product with customer group prices to the cart
4. go to the cart
5. check the price with tax and the price without tax

Expected result

The displayed price without tax should be the matching customer group price without tax

Actual result

the price without tax is not the customer group price without tax, but the standard price without tax.

Steps to Reproduce:

• add a product with customer group prices to the cart
• go to the cart
• check the price with tax and the price without tax
