Starting September 4, 2025, Shops customers will no longer check out on Facebook and Instagram.
Customers will discover your products on Facebook and Instagram, and now they’ll be directed to your own website for checkout.
As a result, the Onsite Shops syncing feature of the Meta-Magento extension will be deprecated.
The order syncing functionalities will soon be removed from the extension.
