Web page for "Quality Patches Tool" does not give option for Magento 2.4.6-p11, even though there are many compatible patches

For example patch ACP2E-3789 is compatible with 2.4.6-p11 the web tool wrongly suggest that there is no single patch compatible with 2.4.6-p11.

I suggest to consider updating the operational requirements for releasing any kind of Adobe Magento version to include releasing at the same time update for the quality patches package which to ensure that the new Magento version has all patch constrains revisited in patches-info.json. Now we have quality patches v1.1.66 and it still holds incorrect information for versions compatible.
