Add STARTTLS Encryption Method

as Office365 SMTP Server now uses STARTTLS Encryption Method, please add it to your module.

@ivan-krechko ... I have not personally test Office365. Is there an advantage using "STARTTLS" vs this setup #58 ?

I will look into supporting STARTTLS but since Magento still uses mostly Zend1 I will need to do some research on this https://framework.zend.com/issues/browse/ZF-10758
