remove TGroup with frame

When i create a TGroup

this->OpsPanel = new TGroup(TRect(posX, posY, posX+9, posY+3));
this->OpsPanel->options |= ofFramed;

and later i want to detach it from the window
TObject::destroy(this->OpsPanel);

the destroyer runs and the TGroup disappears, but the frame persists, is not deleted.
Any workaround to make this remove TGroup work removing the frame also?
