Cloudlog also appears to treat different word cases in county names as separate items – that may be able to be changed. |

According to the ADIF specs, the COL_CNTY field should use "XX, CountyName" – but I somehow have a bunch of QSOs in my database that only have the County Name. That causes duplication on the "Awards" screen when looking by state.
Is there a way to have that awards module merge those properly recorded with the state with those without? Or some way to amend a database mess like this otherwise?
