Imported / LoTW synced logs do not retain station location

I have imported / LoTW synced my log in and everything has been assigned the Home QTH station location even though the ADIF and LoTW have my location as something other than what my Home QTH station location is. Is there a better way to do this import so all of my station locations remain intact? I currently have 42 locations that I have worked from so far.
