Cant save QSOs anymore #2969

Hello everyone, i already tried the search but didnt find anyone else with that problem. i was running 2.4.3 without problems all the time. since that i cant log QSOs anymore. I type a call in the mask, it will querry succesfully from qrz.com - all data are filled in but a red square appears around the field "gridsquare" like it wants to inform me my entered data are not valid. the field remains red no matter what i do. i then switched back to my old station location but there i also have that problem now. nothing can be logged. i tried to update to 2.6.3 but the problem remains. and now i am here. hoping for your help :) 73 de Joe |

Joe can you provide a screenshot of the QSO input area also suggest going to Admin -> Update Country Files and letting that run. Sometimes easier to figure out whats up visually. |

Thats telling the fact you have no DXCC country names etc under the callsign field suggests somethings up.
Somethings certainly gone a miss with looking up the DXCC of the callsign I'd suggest |

i turned on logging now and tried it again. i dont see anything suspicious in the log. maybe you can tell? it says: DONE logfile:

good news everybody! i was able to solve this issue. what i did is connect to the database and empty out the 4 tables that contain DXCC content. after that i updated the country files once more via the interface and now its all good again. thanks for your input! 73 |

By chance you have a backup of those tables Would like to have a look if there is a bug we need to fix which is causing this. |
