Two Cloudlog instances synchronization

From the experience of working in the field in places where there is no Internet access, I had the idea to make a portable version of Cloudlog on a single-board computer, which will be accessible from all workstations on site (for different operators).
But the question arises how to transfer the log to the main Cloudlog on the Internet/local network.
It would be nice to have a mechanism to transfer station locations and QSO logs to them, as well as user accounts that had access to a given station location and are not in the target Cloudlog, to the Cloudlog at the specified address.
