How to chance my server ip

Hello!
When I installed the Cloudlog in my server,my server ip address is 10.0.0.5.I can used the app on this ip address.But when I chance my server’s ip address,I can’t used the new ip address to visit it.After I chance back to 10.0.0.5,I can used it again.
Now I want to ask how to set the app work when I set the new ip address or dynamic ip to my server.

Just my 2 cents but in your config file. did you change the "$config['base_url'] = " to the right ip?
Otherwise it might be a webserver thing, but then i need to know you setup.

Dynamic IP i would suggest to use a domain name instead of a IP. With DDNS (Enough free providers around) it's easy to setup.
