CLOUDCAT , no frequency sync, using IC-7300

Hello,

With previous RIG using MICROHAM CLOUDCAT was working, now IC-7300, hi, mode is updated, unfortunately no frequency sync, what am I doing wrong ?

Thanks, so now cloudcat shows mode and frequency. So sorry, now another issue,. I have new API code and correct link in cloudcat, but now I get : Cloudlog Synced: Failed :( ,, tried Chrome and Edge...

With the API URL in cloud logcat try removing the trailing / at the end
