Uh oh! @Jugrnot, the image you shared is missing helpful alt text. Check your discussion body. Alt text is an invisible description that helps screen readers describe images to blind or low-vision users. If you are using markdown to display images, add your alt text inside the brackets of the markdown image. Learn more about alt text at Basic writing and formatting syntax: images on GitHub Docs. |

You also need to go to account settings, scroll down to third party and put it in for the callbook provider section. |

I'm running Cloudlog in a docker container, version 2.6.16 and have a qrz.com xml subscription. Under Account -> 3rd Party Services -> Callbook I selected QRZ, entered my call sign for username and xml API key for password. Saved. Then I went into Station Location -> Edit under QRZ.com, have entered my lgobook API key and selected "yes" for QRZ.com logbook realtime lookup.
After logging out and back in, realtime look does not seem to be working.
If I enter a QSO in Cloudlog and save it, it uploads to qrz.com immediately.
Entering a call in the logging box, tab to the next field it updates the country below the callsign but no other data is present, however it says "Username / Password required" on the right side of the pane:
I've made several attempts to update the api key in "Third party services" under my cloudlog account without success. Switching that to HamQTH, the lookup seems to be working but I pay for qrz.com xml access and would like to take advantage of that feature if possible.
Seems I found #2917 with the same problem on a slightly older version, but no actual fix was discussed??
