Gallery page for eQSL cards

I hacked together a simple gallery page to display all eQSL cards.

• Add /var/www/html/images/eqsl_card_images/index.php
• sudo apt-get install php8.1-gd
• Uncommented extension=gd in /etc/php/8.1/apache2/php.ini
• Restart Apache
• Access at .../images/eqsl_card_images/index.php
