qso_save_ajax returning 500, nothing in logs, how to troubleshoot

Hi, when I edit a QSO, qso_save_ajax returns 500, the UI doesn't update. There is nothing in PHP error logs. The response body is blank.

This is on Ubuntu 22.04.5 + Apache + PHP 8.1. Cloudlog 2.6.20

How can I troubleshoot this?

In index.php try turning developer mode on, then in application/config/config.php turn on error logging should give you the answer

Message: Cannot access offset of type string on string

    $country = ucwords(strtolower($entity['name']), "- (/");

It occurs when the selected country is - NONE - (value=0)

Can work around this but probably worth a bug fix.
