Fix Javadoc errors, Error Prone errors, synchronize EOLs jOOL and jOOL-java-8 #2
Description
Javadoc shows many errors and stop processing.
Error Prone shows few errors and many warnings.
Branches jOOL and jOOL-java-8 have different End-of-Lines (jOOL CR LF, jOOL-java-8 LF). It would be easier to see what is different in those two versions if they have less such noise.
