Allow UTC timestamps

Currently timestamps are always logged in local time. This makes things difficult if the logs are coming to you from someone and you don’t know what timezone they are in. Fimber needs a way to be able to specify that timestamps are to be logged in UTC (and that this be visible in the logs, e.g., by the Z suffix).
