Refactor Docker Slave to Use Latest Container Versions #111
Description
At the moment the safe-build-infrastructure repo has version numbers for each of the containers currently in use. It will be annoying and clunky to keep these updated to be in sync with the application repos, so we should produce 'latest' tags and just pull those every time the slave is built.
