SCL GH releases should deploy multiple tags #142
Description
At the moment the SCL GH deployment deploys everything with 1 generic tag, e.g. 0.10.0 but this clashes with release numbers from several years ago. It would be better if we instead had a tag for core, authenticator & app separately, pointing to the same commit.
