Emails not being sent when using templates

Hey All, 
I am trying to move to Mailjet from Mailchimp but I am facing an error when I pass the `Variables` and set `TemplateLanguage` to `True`.
I am getting `"Status": "success"` but not getting the mail and if is don't set `TemplateLanguage` then I am gettiing the mail but can't set the variables.

any ideas??
